[Users] Service web petals qui appelle un autre service

Il va falloir fournir un peu plus de détails.
createPatient ? Ça sort d'où ? De mémoire, le composant SQL propose une
opération insert(). Il n'y a pas de createPatient. Le service exposé en web
service est un service défini par le composant SQL. Il n'a rien de métier en
soi. 

En gros, la requête XML devrait ressembler à 

Pour avoir une interface métier, il faut procéder autrement.
