[Users] How to use <wait><for>

Me neither. 
Such a message would have its place with the logs and should be replaced by
a user-friendly one.
I added such an activity in a BPEL of mine and I got the same kind of
element. I will try to get an answer directly and then, hopefully, I will
come back to you.
