This WSDL is a WSDL 2.0.
It used to be supported in previous versions of Petals Studio, but it is not
anymore from Petals Studio 1.3. The reason is that depsite better features,
WSDL 2.0 is not supported by many other tools in the Java world. Even Petals
dropped its support for the moment.

We have to update the tutorial page about this.
