[Users] Install petals-se-talend component with petals-esb v4.1

Thinks 
I tried with petals-se-talend version 1.1.0-SNAPSHOT, I can install it but
it not work with petals esb 4.1. The endpoint is not detected after the
install.

It’s a big problem for me because I need too install petals-se-talend and
petals-bc-soap at the same time.

If I use the petals-esb v 3.1 the petals-se-talend work and the
petals-bc-soap not work (problem with ws-security)
If I use the petals-esb v4.1 the petals-se-talend not work (I can’t launch
the talend jobs), and petals-bc-soap work..
