On the Spring-WS web-service provider side, have you dynamically generated
WSDL ?
According to the following messages exchange on Spring forum (
http://forum.springsource.org/showthread.php?34998-soapAction-attribute-of-operation-when-dynamically-generating-wsdl
http://forum.springsource.org/showthread.php?34998-soapAction-attribute-of-operation-when-dynamically-generating-wsdl
), by default, a dynamically generated WSDL contains blank SOAP Actions. So
to be able to use the 2/ you need to set soap action in your WSDL of the
Spring-WS service provider.
Can you check if your soap action is empty on your Spring server ?
