[Users] webconsole / Getting familiar with the Security aspect

Bonjour,
lorsque je déploie la webconsole comme web application sur tomcat6 (debian
squeeze), j'accède directement à l'interface de gestion des serveurs avec
des droits operator, la page du wiki sur getting familiar with the Security
aspect n'est pas très clair pour le coup car je ne trouve pas le fameux
security.xml et surtout je n'est pas la première approche de la sécurité
avec la page de login....
Je suis sûr que c'est un problème de config mais je ne sais pas où
regarder...
