[Users] Petals Starting Guide - day 1 & 2 (WSDL & Administration)

I'm just starting out using Petals.  I'm on a 64bit, Windows 7 machine, using
Tomcat 6.0.35.  On the second day tutorial, the startup.bat -C, I get the
following error:
