[Users] SOAP-BC : exposed WSDL containd IP instead of servername

Could it be  in jbi.xml of the BC-SOAP component ( as seen in Petals Studio
1.3.1) or <soap:http-service<b>s*-redirection> as mentionned in the docs
( See the missing "s")
