[Users] Petals Starting Guide - day 1 & 2 (WSDL & Administration) Problem with SAOP compoenent

I'm getting this message while loading a new SOAP BC on the BUS through the
petals console :

*/Attributes configuration
No configurable attributes for the current component installation /*

While trying to *start* the Soap BC on the petals Console, this following
error occurs: 

/*Error(s) occured during start component action

org.ow2.petals.jmx.exception.ComponentErrorException:
org.ow2.petals.jmx.exception.PerformActionErrorException:
javax.jbi.JBIException: An exception occured while starting the Component
'petals-bc-soap' : Life cycle exception on START*/

What is going wrong here? Please can somebody help me?
