[Users] Use petals-bc-transfert component with NAS

Hi,

We are using the component petals-bc-transfert to scan a folder.
This is working fine with a NFS folder hosted on a SAN (using block mode).
But we are having issues making it work with a NFS folder hosted on a NAS
(using file mode).

Has anybody got this component working successfully with a NAS?
If so what should be changed (configuration, ...)?
