[Users] Install petals-se-talend component with petals-esb v4.1

The version 1.0.2 of the Petals SE Talend is not compliant with Petals 4.
Please use the version 1.1.0-SNAPSHOT available here: 
http://maven.petalslink.com/public-snapshot/org/ow2/petals/petals-se-talend/1.1.0-SNAPSHOT
http://maven.petalslink.com/public-snapshot/org/ow2/petals/petals-se-talend/1.1.0-SNAPSHOT

I have checked that this version can be installed on Petals Distribution
4.1.0, but I don't if it is completly running.

FYI: The Petals SE Talend is a 'contributed' component, so we don't give it
the same test effort than the components included into the distribution.
