[Users] How to provide to Petals a webservice with wss security

OK, thanks for the clarification.
So I need to add something like the following to the jbi.xml ( correct?) ,
but is it possible in Petals Studio 1.3.1?
<soap:modules>rampart</soap:modules>
           <soap:service-parameters>
              
           </soap:service-parameters>

But how to imlement the login/password check ? I see references to
org.ow2.petals.test.PWCBHandler but don't have a clue.
