Hi,

The web console was originally designed for Petals 3.
The administration part remains compatible with Petals 4 but will be
improved very soon.
The monitoring part will be removed. It is now based on advanced logging
that is available in Petals components.

About the test part, I did not test it.
But it will be removed too, and probably added in the sample client (a
component that acts a visual client for a Petals service). For the moment,
the best way is probably to expose your service as a web service and to call
it with SoapUI.
