No, not like this.

{JMS queue or topic} -- {JMS consume (subscribe)} -- {BPEL SU} -- {JMS
provide (publish)} -- {JMS queue or topic}

The JMS consumer is a JMS subscriber.
The provider is a publisher (and a Petals service, that can be invoked by
the BPEL).
