[Users] bc-soap 4.1 and the list of HTTPS services

I am not sure you can list the web services available through HTTPS.
I think this is an error in the documentation. And if it was not, that would
be a mistake in the implementation.

And about the WSDL, I think it is not available in simple HTTP. You probably
need the /key/ to get the WSDL.
Did you try to invoke your secured web service with a HTTPS client?
