[Users] Error after installing petals-bc-soap-4.0.10 component

I find the solution.
The problem is that I install the sa-talend-job before installing the
petals-bc-soap component.
I resolve it by:
1. Undeployed the job.
2. Deployed the petals-bc-soap.
3. Install the job.
