[Users] Error after installing petals-bc-soap-4.0.10 component

Me also I don’t understand this error.
I have made the tow tests:

I/
1. Install the talend job.
2. Install the petals-bc-soap (I test it with many versions).
3. Execute the job -> OK (the job start).
4. Restart petals-esb 
5. Execute the job -> KO (the job return the error).

II/
1. Install the petals-bc-soap 
2. Install the talend job.
3. Execute the job -> OK (the job start).
4. Restart petals esb 
5. Execute the job -> OK (the job start).

Perhaps the “sa-talend job” is attached same to the others components or the
“sa-talend?
