[Users] Error after installing petals-bc-soap-4.0.10 component

Hi,

I have not yet found time to investigate this problem.
However, I think you can force a specific a tranformer implementation by
following the indications given  here
<http://docs.oracle.com/javase/1.5.0/docs/api/javax/xml/transform/TransformerFactory.html#newInstance%28%29> 
. Try a Xerces implementation.
