Under Linux (and specially ubuntu), the resolution of the interface under the webconsole is bad (because of the IPV6 support...). <br />
So if I want to deploy a component from the webconsole under my pc (192.168.1.99) to a petals distant node (192.168.1.25 fo example), with this url it works : <br />

Try to connect you to the Tomcat Manager with a non local adress, and doesn't use "localhost" or 127.0.0.1 anywhere. Maybe it works fine for you...</div>
