Since it is a context variable, you can create a new context where you give
it a value.
If you do that, you will be able to run the job in TOS.

Making it run in TOS is a prerequisite to the export in Petals, in the sense
where it simplifies debugging (is the problem in the job, in the packaging
or in the consumer?).
