And one more question...
How did you create the "base-message" for the File-Transfer SU? You cannot
simply copy the one given in example, since the base-message depends on your
job (every generated WSDL is different, even if there is a common ancestor).

I suggest you to generate a base-message from the WSDL with SoapUI.
