[Users] Petals Master

Hy, 
In Petals Master, i have many problems: 

- For services that i've imported last time, i don't find them when a search
them in Service management!!! 
- In Service management, i can't create a service!!! 
- In administration, i can't manage users!!!!! 
What's the problem here??

Pleaase, how can i synchronize between Petals ESB and Petals Master(when i
deploy a service in the ESB it should automaticly be in Petals Master), what
is the exact method to do it?
