Hi,

By default, Petals Master uses an in-memory database.
So, when you stop it, all the data is lost. You have to configure another
database to keep data.

About synchronizing Petals ESB with Master, I think

this page  can help.
I am not a specialist of Petals Master, so I can only reply on the account
of the documentation.
