[Users] petals-bc-sql-1.2 StoredProcedure

I finally found the solution.
No need to use Stored Procedure dedicated service in the petals-bc-sql
component.
You can send the 'exec' command using the following message and the insert
operation which call  :

<sql>exec [YOURSTOREDPROCEDURE]</sql>
