[Users] How to deploy a SCA orchestration into Petals esb?

Hi,

Sorry for the delay.
The content of the jbi.xml file that is generated by the studio depends on
the content of the SCA composite. And more precisely, all the interfaces
must be Java interfaces and all the services and references that are
promoted should have (and only have) a JBI binding.

The JBI bindings help to define the content of the jbi.xml file.
