Ok I understand better (and detected a Choreos partner thanks to Amira :).
You want to "enact" a process by a first request (but why aren't you
consider an asynchronous BPEL potentially able to send a callback: Receive
....... Invoke) and then, it is available for any consumer ?

In this case, correlation is not suitable anymore since it would have been
used to match partners A and B.

Then, if you checked partners are different between the 2 replys, maybe
there"s a bug and you should provide us your use case (bpel+wsdl+messages).
