[Users] probelm about Petals ESB in Windows Server 2008

Hi to all

Now I know what's going on .
This is a jbi.xml in the component  petals-bc-soap-notif. And we can
configure the Host from localhost to 141.21.40.3 . Then we can see the
service unter this address http://141.21.40.3:8085.
