[Users] How to deploy a SCA orchestration into Petals esb?

Hi,

The stack trace does not provide any useful information to understand why
the deployment failed (despite a very long trace). And the jbi.xml file, if
it is the one of the SCA SU, is incomplete. How did you create it? I suggest
you to use the studio to create it.

Besides, remember that SCA support is (and will probably remain)
experimental in Petals. 
It means it can only be supported by the community.
