[Users] How to set up multicast using dynamic mode

I have 2 Ubuntu servers each running a PETALS esb (platform distribution).  I have services deployed on both and both esbs can see and use each others services as long as I am in static mode.  I would like to use the dynamic mode but I do not know how to get multicast working on both Ubuntu servers.

Any help would be appreciated.
