[Users] Which console should we use ?

Hi,

Started with Petals we see that there are a lot of console possibilities.
We have a build in web-console were we can logon 2 times : a part for 
the data-collector part and a console part.
Then we have Dragon
And recently we discovered JASMINe

What are the differences between all of them ?
Do we need them all ?
Can we focus on 1 of them ?
