[Users] Service Engine development with Eclipse Plug-in

Hi. :)

Be able to develop PEtALS components and debug them from Eclipse is indeed planned. But as a long-term deadline (this summer maybe).
I don't think it is very long to develop. 

The difficulty is more in the compatibility with the Maven plug-ins (I have not yet used the Eclipse plug-ins for Maven).
But for the moment, I really don't have time for this.
