[Users] wsstar : the WS-* implementations

Hi everybody!
wsstar is a project embedding all the WS-* implementations, used today by OW2 Dragon and OW2 PEtALS. It uses OW2 Easywsdl.
It's an eBM public project, under LGPL.

Today the subproject are:
ws-addressing
ws-qml
ws-agreement
ws-notification
ws-dm

The structure always is the same:
ws-<project>/definition: the core marshaling of the schema and wsdl documents into Java
ws-<project>/service: the mechanisms between the objects of the definition
ws-<project>/extension: the specific engines for a domain
