[Users] Corba support with JBI4Corba in Petals

I experienced some issues when trying to integrate third party components in PEtALS (the OpenESB BPEL and HL7 ones). This is because the context is clearly not the same and that the component needs some adaptations... The only solution is to debug it with Eclipse to see what happens...
