[Users] Corba support with JBI4Corba in Petals

Investigation results:
   - I have toggled a breakpoint into the PEtALS kernel on endpoint activation interface (javax.jbi.component.ComponentContext#activateEndpoint).
   - The breakpoint is not fired.

So I think that a problem seems to exist into the component at endpoint activation level.
I'm not able to download source code to check where this problem occurs.

Moreover, according to the web-online source code, it seems to me that the returned endpoint service description is always 'null' even if the SU wsdl exists.
