you can do a "mvn install -Dmaven.test.skip" command directly in petals/trunk.


//******************* For Standalone Distribution**********************//

After this you can go into petals/trunk/petals-distribution/petals-standalone/target/petals...SNAPSHOT/petals...SNAPSHOT/bin

start petals with : startup.bat

after this deploy the petals-webconsole.war into a servlet container (like tomcat for example) (the war is localized into petals/trunk/petals-tools/petals-webconsole/target/)



//******************* For QUICKSTART Distribution**********************//

If you take the petals quickstart distribution go into: petals/trunk/petals-distribution/petals-quickstart/target/petals...SNAPSHOT/petals...SNAPSHOT

delete the old petals-webconsole.war (localized in the "webapps" directory), and copy the new petals-webconsole.war (localized into petals/trunk/petals-tools/petals-webconsole/target/)

to finish with quickstart distribution delete all files situated in the "work" directory
