[Users] Petals orchestra help ...

Hi,
 i'm using the service engine BPEL for Petals(petals-se-orchestra-1.0.1) and the BPEL designer eclipse plug-in .
But i have the same error:

Is it because i use the eclipse plugin to generate the su?
