Hey Rollyn.

It's a know issue of Orchestra, about persistency. (And you can't 
disable persistency :/ )

The bad news is : we stopped to maintain Orchestra, both on 
professionnal and community support.
The good news is : we've put a big effort on BPEL. The next release will 
come with a brand new BPEL engine, simpler, and integrated with Petals 
and BPEL designer.

Two solutions
=> Go ask to the Orchestra team : http://orchestra.ow2.org
=> Wait a few weeks, until we do the release (everyone is on 
"release-coming-soon" mode here)
