[Users] Call an external Web Service with PEtALS

Hi Mohammed,

I currently use PEtALS 2.2.1 platform and no upgrade is planned.
I tested a whole deployment chain (provider and consumer) for my service in SOAP 4.0 component and it works fine.
That's great !
