[Users] Error when I'm trying to install the SE-Notification compone

I finally succeed installing the se-notification component.

The way I use:
  1. Start Petals ESB without component in install folder
  2. Drag and drop the SE-Notification archive in install folder
  3. Petals deploy correctly the component
