[Users] FTP transfer

The jbi.xml and the WSDL were created for the version 3.0 of the FTP component.
Due to some changes from the 3.1 version, this SA could not work on the version 3.2.
That should be fixed now.

You can select the target FTP version in the first page of the creation wizard.
And since it must only be indicated somewhere in this forum, the FTP versions 3.1 and 3.2 are equivalent in terms of configuration (SU). ;)
