Quickstart 3.0... There could be many reasons why it would not work. 
Let's stick to Petals 3.0.5 for the moment.

Can you detail the content of your service-unit, please? Open the archive and list the files you see (and their size).
I do not see any reason for this error. I mean, I had the same WSDL you have when I tested it previously.
