You can dynamically invoke your Web Service thanks to EndpointReferences.
I advise you to look at the second usecase (dynamic invocation)

However beware the syntax for wsa:address id supposed to change (something like http://j2ee.netbeans.org/wsdl/echo/echoService@echo2Port according to the usecase)
For wsdl files, they should not provoke problems for your aim as far as I understand.
