[Users] How to expose BC-MAIL for a SOAP request

Hi,

Mail SU always use the same parameters. So, it is not possible to change to
from or to settings when using a service-unit.
However, the Petals Mail component exposes a native service. This service is
exposed without requiring any SU. With this service, you can dynamically set
the parameters.
