[Users] How to add security headers

And if i put not these headers, i've this error

<ns2:exception class="com.XXXXX.wsse.WSSecurityException" note="To disable

com.sun.xml.ws.fault.SOAPFaultBuilder.disableCaptureStackTrace system
property to false" xmlns:ns2="http://jax-ws.dev.java.net/">
