[Users] Add security headers

Hello all, 

I'm trying to add security header because i've a Web Service who need these
security headers to work :

So i've created 2 project service Unit, "su-SOAP-Client-provide"
"su-SOAP-Client-consume"

but i didn't found where i can add these headers..

Can someone help me ?
