[Users] Deploying a Service Assembly containing a Service Unit with a BPEL process

I have deployed a service assembly containing a service unit consisting of a
BPEL process. The BPEL process is automatically generated using the template
"Synchronous BPEL Process" within the Petals Studio. 

The Petals ESB states that the deployment was successful, however, I cannot
invoke the service. 

The deployment URL is "http://localhost:8080/test" and I try to obtain the
WSDL at "http://localhost:8080/test?wsdl" which errors out as the browser
cannot connect to port 8080. 

What am I doing wrong?
