[Users] problem of installing components in petals platform 2.3

Maybe my post is too confuse to reply! 
In a word, could some tell me how to install and configure petals platform 2.3, how to configure multcast petals,how to install components on it (my petals started successfully but components endpoint can`nt be find and service could not be invoked)
