[Users] dynamic web services(endpoints) call?

Thanks for all these details.

I want to know:

1)The call of the 1st ws is it done like any any ordinary ws invocation (from my application)?
    If it's possible tell me how?
2)How may I pass parameters to other ws, since the call is done by:
           <calls>
                     <call service="myService" operation="myOperation"/>
                     <call service="myService2" operation="myOperation2"/>
           </calls>
=>there isn't any parameter.
3)The others ws should be exposed also, or they should be only deployed?
