[Users] dynamic web services(endpoints) call?

Hi,
I am working on project which needs dynamic calls to web services (or endpoints), i.e based on input context, the application finds a sequence of web services to be called...
I want to know if it is possible to do such treatment with petals?
I found this tag :<get-calls-by-service>, but I don't know how to use it. If somebody has already used it, please give me an example as soon as possible.
