Hi,

I suggest you to download Apache CXF. Unzip it in a directory and select
this directory in the preference dialog. Also, specify the tool to use is
CXF. It is used to generate a WSDL from a simple Java interface (no JAX-WS
annotations).

Also, be careful about the SCA SE.
It is an experimental component that is not officially supported. There were
plans to add it in the supported range, but this has changed. You can see it
as a community's component.
